How to Trigger Buyer Curiosity (and Keep It)
Curiosity opens doors. It’s the hook that keeps buyers listening.
Start with a question they haven’t asked themselves. “What if your team could double output with half the effort?”
Curiosity is fuelled by gaps in knowledge. Don’t give all the answers upfront. Tease the outcome, hint at the method.
Use open loops. “One thing most leaders overlook is…” leaves them wanting more.
Personalization deepens curiosity. Show you’ve done your homework—and they’ll wonder what else you know.
But curiosity fades fast. So once it’s sparked, move quickly into relevance.
Make them wonder. Then show them why it matters.
Curiosity is interest. Interest is momentum. And momentum closes.
